Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MyStyler iOS app, operated by Workflows AS, Norway. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. The service
MyStyler lets you generate photorealistic style variations of yourself from reference photos using a third-party AI image model. Generations are not physical goods; they are digital images delivered instantly.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use MyStyler.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MyStyler to:
- Upload reference photos of people other than yourself without their explicit consent.
- Generate images that impersonate a real person for deception, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
- Generate or attempt to generate sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful content involving any real person.
- Resell generations to third parties or rebrand the service as your own.
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the credit / billing system.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases
The app uses a credit system. One credit lets you run one generation. Credits come from:
- Subscriptions (Lite, Standard, Pro). These are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period and any unused subscription credits expire on renewal.
- Top-up packs (Refill 10, Refill 25). These are one-time purchases. Top-up credits do not expire.
- Free starter credit granted on first sign-in so you can try the product.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to all in-app purchases. You can review or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
5. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of the charge. If Apple grants the refund we will revoke the corresponding credits from your account.
6. AI-generated images
Generated images are provided “as is”. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, low-quality, or unexpected output. You use generations at your own discretion and are responsible for how you share or publish them.
You retain all rights to the reference photos you upload. You also retain rights to the generations produced from them, to the extent allowed by the underlying AI model's usage policy.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your credit balance is forfeited — we do not provide cash refunds for unused credits. Billing records required by law are retained per our privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers
MyStyler is provided on an “as available” basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we aren't liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (OpenAI, Apple, Supabase).
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before the courts of Oslo.
