Common questions
I bought credits but the balance didn't update.
Force-quit and reopen the app. If credits still haven't arrived after a minute, tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If that doesn't work, email us the product you bought and approximate time — we'll resolve it manually.
The AI got my face / body wrong.
Quality is heavily dependent on the reference photos. Retake them in daylight, with a neutral background, facing the camera straight-on. Replace them in Profile → Portrait / Full body.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MyStyler → Cancel subscription. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; we don't refund partial months.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account inside the app removes your account and all personal data within 30 days. Billing records we are legally required to keep are anonymised. See the privacy policy for details.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
